“A&P Mediation Centre”, “we”, “our”, “us” – A&P Legal, a company incorporated in Muscat, Oman.
“Content” – All text, graphics, audio, video, software and other material on the Site.
“Services” – Mediation, conciliation and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services delivered online or in person.

1.3 Scope of Services
The Site provides general information and a booking gateway. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice or establishes a lawyer-client or mediator-client relationship until a written Agreement to Mediate is executed.
1.4 User Obligations
You agree to:
a) use the Site only for lawful purposes;
b) provide accurate information when completing forms;
c) refrain from uploading malicious code or content that infringes any rights.
1.5 Intellectual Property
All Content is owned by A&P Mediation Centre or its licensors and protected under Omani and international law. You may view, download, or print single copies for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires prior written consent.
1.6 Confidentiality & Privilege
Communications within an executed mediation session are confidential and without prejudice, subject to applicable law. Website enquiries submitted before a signed Agreement to Mediate are not protected by mediation privilege.

External links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.

1.8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&P Mediation Centre is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its Content.
1.9 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

1.10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.

Case files are retained for seven (7) years after closure unless a longer period is mandated by law or agreed by contract. Website analytics logs are retained for a maximum of 14 months.
